This journey involves clarifying your vision for your health and wellbeing and creating an easy and positive relationship with food and nourishment that brings you both health and happiness. Most importantly, I focus on enhancing your physical strength and fitness. Work with me to create a vibrant, balanced lifestyle that you love.

Personal Training

Training starts at £220 per month

Work with me on a 1:1 in-person basis to help you achieve your lifestyle and fitness goals. With a minimum of 4 in person sessions per month this is a fantastic way to make significant progress.

Hybrid/Online Coaching

Coaching starts at £130 per month

Need more flexibility around your training and lifestyle coaching? Hybrid or online training could be perfect for you. With lots of accountability and priority access to me, I’ll be there to help you each step of the way.

Join us for a strength workout at Strength Box before heading over to Lunita for coffee and pastries! Get strong and socialise on a Sunday morning.

Semi Private Personal Training

£150.00 per 6 week block.

Next block: Every Saturday 07:00 or 08:00 between 26th April - 31st May

Join a 6 week strength training programme every Saturday morning with a small group (max 5 people per session). The gym is privately booked just for us. Spaces are opened up on a first come first served basis and they sell out. Add yourself to the waitlist for the next block.
