Re:plenish is a group coaching and lifestyle programme and yes, workouts are a big part of it, but that’s not the whole story. It’s about working out what actually matters to you, what’s already working (definitely more than you’d think) and where your energy is being drained day to day. Together we build a foundation you can actually rely on, not one that collapses the second life gets busy.
This isn’t a plan that quietly assumes you have a spare two hours a day and a fully stocked organic fridge. It’s built around the life you’re actually living.

This programme exists to move you up it, deliberately, with a plan, rather than by accident and running and 100mph into a wall which forces you to recover.

The 14 week pathway
The programme consists of 4 phases:
Phase one: ORIENTATION & INTAKE.
You get app access, complete your detailed intake review, and meet the other 9 women in your group. There will be a few short simple workouts to get you used to the app, a seminar on behaviour change and habit formation and we get your 1:1 foundations call booked in.
Phase two: REDISCOVER AND RECOMMIT
We build on your review findings and your personalised re:plenish report and score. You set your vision, your values and your goals. The things that are going to guide your programme not just the phase.
Phase three: RECLAIM
This is the bulk of the mindset work. You reclaim your relationship with training, nutrition and your body so that you finally feel like you’re working with yourself and not against. You will leave this phase with a legit filter for all the bullshit and noise out there so that you can move forward to know what’s worth paying attention to for your body, mind and desires.
Phase four: RESILIENCE AND RECONNECT
Here we understand how your energy actually works, why recovery isn’t a nice add-on and how we can be resilience first minded. You’ll leave with contingency plans for the harder weeks and an alternative approach to the perfectionism that’s kept you stuck in your all or nothing loop so far. We re-take your re:plenish score here too so you can see exactly how far you’ve come and what to continue building on beyond this programme.
This is personal, not anonymous
The coaching is capped at ten women per cohort deliberately. This is because I want to know you. You are not going to be just a name in a group forum. You will feel seen, heard and understood.
What’s included:
The training strategy - we prioritise 2 strength sessions a week, 1 cardio session and 1 restorative movement session. These can be adapted to a mix of environments and for all training levels (beginner to advanced).
Your check points - you will get weekly digital check ins with me, plus a monthly video progress review covering training, nutrition, recovery and any reflective activities you have submitted for feedback.
The 1:1 time - a call with me in the first 4 weeks to go through your personalised report, vision and values. Additional 1:1 calls can be booked for a supplement.
The community - a private forum of 9 other women who get it, with the option of a re:plenish partner for extra accountability.
The re:plenish syllabus - 14 weeks of educational and lifestyle content all with tangible, take home outcomes. This is not stuff that gets forgotten the second you finish the programme.

During orientation you'll get all the pre-programme materials so I can tailor your experience properly. Every two weeks, a new piece of group coaching drops covering lifestyle, nutrition and training. You'll have a tailored training programme for the full 14 weeks, plus whatever habit or metric tracking you actually want… nothing forced and nothing that’s not for you.

The training is fully personalised to you and your ability… but for group accountability, everyone works to similar weekly themes. So a more advanced woman might get barbell squats, someone training at home might get bodyweight squats… same session, same conversation, different load. All your metrics and habits are 100% yours to choose: track food if you want, don't if you don't. Track meditation if that's what needs attention. It's whatever actually needs replenishing for you.

Aim for at least 5 hours a week… that’s all training plus the group coaching and learning. You'll get double that back in what you gain. It works best if you actually show up for it (obviously). Going away during the 14 weeks? Don't panic, we build around it.

The formal programme is 14 weeks, but you leave with the tools, knowledge and a clear plan to keep going on your own. Alumni are always welcome to continue with me directly through ongoing online or hybrid coaching.
