This online program is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and replenish your energy, strength, and nutrition over the course of three months. This is not a transformation program, but a discovery journey that guides you in identifying areas of your life that need replenishing while also helping you become fitter, stronger, and more confident in your approach to nutrition. It's about setting yourself on a path to create a lifestyle you are proud of, with the encouragement and support of a community of amazing women.

What’s included

  • A welcome package filled with goodies for all participants who sign up before 6th December 2024.

  • An in-depth consultation and analysis to help you identify your priority needs and to help me specify the support I provide to you! This includes a personalised Replenish report I will share with you based on your consult.

  • A personalised strength and fitness plan delivered through my app. This can be tailored for a gym and/or home environment! N.B if you are training at home, some equipment will be needed.

  • 12 weeks of group life coaching helping you to create a lifestyle you are proud of. We’ll be covering vision, values, goal setting nutrition, body image and more.

  • Group support through an in-app community forum to help the women on this programme empower and motivate one another.

  • A 30 minute 1-1 call with Jo in the second month of the programme to help keep you accountable and to deep dive on any areas that you need additional support with.

  • Weekly check-ins with Jo via the app to keep you accountable and to adapt your training plan as necessary.

  • Fully customised metric and habit tracking in-app, built around the things that are important to you and that you want to focus on!

  • A group meet up in Bristol in March/April 2025 to celebrate completing the Replenish programme.

Re:plenish overview

The Replenish programme comprises 12 weeks of life coaching alongside your personalised training and nutrition programme. This is made up of 6 modules that will be released on the app every fortnight. You will have one week to do the learning and reflective activities and one week to put into practice your key takeaway from the module. What you decide to practice will be completely unique to you and will be supported by me every step of the way. The Replenish report you receive at the beginning of the process will also identify which of the modules will be most beneficial to you, given the needs we identify in your consultation!

  • Module 1 will be all about you rediscovering yourself. This will be a collaborative process based on your Replenish report as well as your own vision, values and desires. Together we will help you rediscover what lifestyle you want and start identifying steps to take you there.

  • This module will take you through goal setting, habit formation as well as helping you to establish the boundaries you need to help you recommit to your vision. We will be working on how we can overcome limiting beliefs and start to take a more proactive, intentional approach to our life.

  • Oh boy - this one is going to be a biggie I’m sure. This module is all about restoring your relationship with food, your body image, your female physiology and exercise. It’s time to take the shackles of 90s/00s diet culture off and work towards a more energising, nourishing and strengthening approach to our wellbeing.

  • This module will be the first of two looking at energy and stress management. We will be using the findings from your Replenish report to help guide you towards reconnecting with the things that bring you joy! Think hobbies, think self-care, think fun!

  • This will be our second of two modules looking at energy management and resilience. This one will focus on how we can best manage stress, knowing that the demands placed on us are many! Stress is a normal and expected part of life, what we want to cultivate is a steady and resilient response to it.

  • It’s time to reflect on all the progress you have made during the Replenish programme and start planning to carry through your learnings independently beyond this group coaching.

Replenish will start on 6th January 2025 and run until 30th March. There are only 8 slots available so that you still get a personalised experience within a supportive group. I will be running the founding intake of Replenish with a big discount! Instead of the £450.00 it would usually cost, you can get all of this for just £280! The reason being is I will be asking for your detailed feedback at the end of the programme so that I can enhance and improve it. Let’s do this together!

After you have signed up and your payment has been received you will receive an initial welcome email from me and information on how to start filling out your pre-programme consultation and analysis. Please note these will need to be completed ahead of the 6th January start date so that I can tailor your plans accordingly and prepare your unique Replenish report. You will be given app access on 5th January 2025 ready to get cracking on 6th January.

  • If you can’t afford to pay the full amount upfront please get in touch. There are always ways we can work things out!

  • During December, you will be sent all of the pre-programme consultation materials so that I can tailor your Replenish experience. From 6th Jan you will gain app access and in the first week will receive your bespoke Replenish report. Every two weeks a group coaching will be released that will support with lifestyle, nutrition and training. You will have a fully tailored training programme for the duration of the 12 weeks including any habit/ metric tracking you wish to prioritise.

  • The physical training will be completely personalised to you and your abilities, but, for accountability and group support you will have similar theme workouts. For example, a more advanced client may get a workout that includes barbell squats but a beginner or home based client may have bodyweight squats. You can still talk together about how hard the squats were! All the metrics and habits will be 100% personalised to you - if you want to track food or weight you can BUT you absolutely don’t have to. If you want to track your meditation habit you can - it’s whatever you need and want to replenish!

  • Whilst this programme will be flexible and based around you - ideally you need to commit at least 2 hours per week to cover the physical training and the group coaching/learning. The programme will work best if you fully engage with it! If you’re going away during the 12 weeks don’t worry - we can work with that!

  • The formal programme lasts 12 weeks but you will leave with tools, knowledge and a clear plan to progress independently. Replenish alumni are also totally welcome to continue their coaching with me directly in my online or hybrid coaching service!
